Who we are

This website is operated by Elijah Morris, a sole proprietor, under the name Orderly Oak (including Orderly Oak Electronics). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we can't deliver to your address, we'll contact you and refund any payment in full. We may limit the quantity of an item per order.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. See our shipping policy.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can using information from our suppliers. Product photos come from our suppliers and may show accessories or packaging that differ slightly from what you receive; the written description and the color shown on each product page describe what you'll get.

Using products safely

Follow the instructions that come with each product. Don't adjust a car mount while driving, and check suction and adhesive mounts are secure before you drive. The shower phone holder is designed for splashes, not for submerging a phone.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section takes away any consumer protection that the law where you live gives you.
