Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We can't deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories yet. If an order is placed to one of those addresses, we'll cancel it and refund you in full within 2 business days.

How long it takes

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 7–18 business days. Each product page shows its own estimate, so check it before you order if you need something by a certain date.

If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages. You won't pay extra shipping for that.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photographs where applicable. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever appropriate. Refunds will be provided when required by applicable law or when a suitable replacement cannot be arranged. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery; this timeframe doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.

Missing or significantly delayed orders: When an order is reported missing or significantly delayed, Orderly Oak will investigate with the shipping carrier and supplier. We will seek a supplier-funded replacement or refund wherever possible. Claims will be resolved according to applicable consumer protection laws, payment-provider requirements, and this shipping policy.

Tracking says delivered, but you don't have it: please check around your home, with neighbors and with your local post office, then contact us with your order number.

Orders placed before October 30, 2026 keep the shipping terms shown when they were ordered. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown are what you pay for the product. US sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Import duties are paid by us or our shipping partner before delivery, so you won't be asked for a customs payment. If a carrier ever asks you for one, don't pay it: contact us and we'll sort it out.
