This policy explains what personal information Orderly Oak Electronics (operated by Orderly Oak) collects when you shop with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email, phone number and what you bought. We need these to deliver your order.
- Payment: handled entirely by PayPal. We receive confirmation that you paid; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
Cookies and tracking
Our store doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. PayPal's checkout page uses cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud; see PayPal's privacy policy for details. Your cart is kept in your own browser.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, keep the records the law requires (for example for sales tax), and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
- PayPal, our payment processor, receives the amount, the items and your shipping address, and takes your payment details directly to process payment and prevent fraud.
- Our fulfillment partner and carriers receive your name, shipping address and phone number so they can deliver your order. Our fulfillment partner is located outside the United States, so this information is processed in other countries.
- Our web host stores order records on secured servers.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your personal information for advertising. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for returns, accounting and tax purposes, generally up to 7 years, and messages for up to 2 years.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We'll answer within 30 days. Some states, including California, give residents additional rights; we honor these requests for all US customers.
Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
