Where do my orders ship from?

Our current products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, with tracking. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–18 business days after that. Each product page shows its estimate before you buy.

Where do you deliver?

Street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We can't deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories yet.

Are these name-brand products?

No. We sell products from independent manufacturers, picked for their value. Product names on this site describe what an item does rather than borrowing anyone's trademark.

Will this work with my phone?

Every product page lists compatibility. Our magnetic mounts and card wallet hold magnetic iPhones (iPhone 12 and later) and phones in a magnetic case; other phones need a magnetic case or metal plate. If you're not sure, ask us before you order.

Can I return an item?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We'll work with our supplier to arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever appropriate, and refunds are provided when required by applicable law or when a suitable replacement can't be arranged. Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal. You pay on PayPal's own secure page, with your PayPal account or a card where PayPal offers that option. Your card details go to PayPal and never reach our servers.

Why can I only buy 3 of an item?

We're a new store and we keep orders to a size we can fulfill quickly and carefully. If you'd like more, message us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been sent to our fulfillment partner yet, usually within 12 hours, we can change or cancel it.
